Veggie Slides

Hello.
Some assistance, please. I have two Veggie Slides that have produced crates containing breeding animals. Today I experienced difficulties to have the crates credited to my Consumable Item. They were not showing up. Instead, a window appeared with the option to purchase the Veggie Slides. Eventually, another window opened showing that I received EP. I went back to the Veggie Slide icons and clicked on them again and this time the crates appeared but did not contain breeding animals instead they had a few coins. I would appreciate clarification on what items are to be expected from these crates. Thanks much.

Hello Cafe50,

When Harvested, the Veggie Slide rewards 3750 EP / TEP + 1 x Crate O’ Zany Animals. You can see which rewards you can win from the Crate O' Zany Animals here.
If you won Coins, they were probably from another Crate. If you would like your logs checked to see which Crates were harvested, please post your ID#.

Thank you for the quick response. The issue that occurred yesterday was that when I clicked on the two Veggie Slides I did not get the usual two Crate O' Zany Animals found in the Consumable Items section. I was shown a tab with the EP collected and was sent to a page to purchase this specific item. I closed both these tabs and went back to the field and found the Veggie Slides ready to be harvested again. When I clicked on the Veggie Slides, I received the Crates but I got coins instead of the usual rewards of animals. Hence I came to the forum to find out what had happened?

However, I am happy to see that the issue has been resolved tonight. When I clicked on the two Veggie Slides, I received the usual two Crates O'Zany Animals and when I redeemed them, I got animals per norm. Maybe it was a glitch that occurred?

As the issue has been resolved this thread can be closed.
