Very bad glitch

Hello. I have been having major problems with this game all week, nothing is working properly.

What just happened has me so upset. Happened about noon. I went to plant a few fields of sugar on Baha, (all my animals were ready to be harvested for the event, I was waiting on other animals on the mains to come in so I could start the timer and do them at once.)

The machines would not plant my sugar, I tried 2 times. So I left Baha and went to Baha island. Changing fields helps when the machines do not work and they have not been working very well this past week. I clicked on harvest for the island and right on the island, all ghostie looking, it showed all my Baha animals harvesting. I near died. I went back to Baha and sure enough, ALL my animals had been harvested. ~cries~ I am so angry. All that preparing yesterday to be ready for today and now it is all ruined, because you have major game problems going on.

I left the animals as is (harvested and without cleaning) and tried to get onto Forum many many times but just as it has been doing this past week, it would not let me on. It keeps sending me to a yahoo web page and tells me Bigpoint cannot be found. After trying to get onto Forum over and over so that I could complain about my animals being harvested, I finally gave up. I went ahead and started the timer to harvest my main animals, what else could I do, wait another day for my baha animals to come in again. This has put me way behind now, and perhaps, I shall not be able to complete that task because of this game glitch. I am not happy.

I do not even know if I am going to be able to post this because after trying many times more to get onto the forum, for the first time on that "cannot be found" page, it gave me a link to a Bigpoint cache thing and after clicking that, it opened the forum page, but until I try to post this, I cannot tell if this is going to work or not.

Many things not running properly.

Taking forever to log into the game now.
Taking at least 2 log out clicks to actually log out and in most cases, it wont log out, have to X out of Explorer.
Taking forever to move between fields, the flower keeps spinning and spinning. Sometimes it stalls. I have to refresh and sometimes that works and other times it does not. Again I have to X out of Explorer and log back in again.
Machines work sometimes and not other times.
I have added buffs, added my pinkie pie. Check it again. Only one buff with pinkie pie has remained, all the rest have poofed from the list. This has happened to me two times in the past few days.
As I said, can barely get onto Forum. I am lucky if I manage to get on once in two days of trying.

I have seen so many crazy things happening on my game the past week, this game is barely playable at the moment. Please do something about getting it back to working as it should, and also, I would really appreciate if something could be done about my lost event EP for my baha animals, this was not my mistake, this happened because your game is not running as it should. Thank you .

Thank you for taking time to give us all these details. Please try using a different browser, not Explorer, and make sure you have cleared your browser cache and Flash cace. Also, please be so kind and check out the thread where we have addressed this issue, especially the following 3 posts, and provide there as many details as possible - if your game freezes (you need to X out), it would be great if you could install the debugger and let us know what errors/exception messages you get.

Hello Teddy and thank you for getting back to me. I just browsed a little through the first two links, so I see that I am not the only one having major problems. Knowing that helps a lot. No thank you, there is nothing else needed. I just hope everything gets fixed soon.
