video glitching

    I keep trying to watch the "movie" to get tokens, but for some reason the video isn't showing up.

    Can you explain what you are getting when you try to watch a movie. Are you getting a message that no videos are available? Are you getting a white/black screen?

    a white screen, and it says wait one moment then it goes blank, i have also left it on for around 10mins

    Make sure you have the latest version of Shockwave Movie player and Flash installed. Also check that your pop up blocker is not blocking the content.
