193 drops for my farm. All 5 lands had trees/pens, Melons as crops on Baha and rain forest. Main farm lands were onions (because I need them) and hazelnuts. 3 of the drops were neighbor gifts!:inlove:
Good luck and I hope we all have good aim for the Bullseye!:p

Was very disappointed with only 148 drops from 3 fields of 1x1 carnations and a few xxl trees, baha trees and animals and rainforest 1x1 physalis, all used with ml & baha EP buffs, owl and LL. Was hoping for well over 200 - keeping fingers crossed for next harvest. Good luck everyone.

jazzy get rid of your stall's, trees, and the rest of the garbage stay with long grow water an manure, keep two fields long the rest grow the crop. keep track of what your getting for each field, at some point you might need all 5 fields long grow.

Oldman: I've got one field of stalls -- mostly to get the manure, and 2 fields of crops, plus baha. Taking out the workshops and stalls that take a long time and replacing those for crops. Keeping short timed stalls for now -- then replacing some of those with 1x1s once I get an inventory of event crops. I'll see how it goes first. I'd rather obtain than buy the manure. :)

ETA: Forgot to add - trees are gone too (except for a few where I need the fruit). All replaced with 1x1s.

Short timed anything... won't help with drops. Unless its a refined crop, with drastically reduced grow time o_O

    Edit...
Save your manure for longtime/over night crops. Water n CAC for event crops will be just fine.

Jazzy, if you need CAC or anything I can help you with, suck it up and IGM me ;) . My overflowing pantry is always open to struggling farmers (I was you once!) :inlove:

Oh, thank you, Peeps. I received a lot of generosity last time, so I have enough for this event.

Very kind of you! I'll take a raincheck for a future event. :)

Oldman, please don't take offense. I appreciate your advice -- I really do. But I can't spend up to 1 mil on manure per event. I only use manure to build inventory of event crops, then, as peeps indicated, only on overnight crops after that. I use water and CAC throughout (thank you, lovely CAC gifters).

My manure capacity is 250 -- enough for one field of 1x1s plus a little more. I've done as many FSQs as possible to get it to that, and I'm out of stars. I'm just seeing if I can get enough drops/crops while keeping some stalls on my main to gain some manure before I start pulling them all. If it looks like it's a struggle, I'll pull them later. :)

Ok good, raincheck on hold then ;)
And never mind the oldman, he is the official forum grump and very opinionated, but a lot of us still love him none the less :inlove:

I got 180 with honeydew melons and carnations.(like 501 1x1's)... with my pens and trees... Not what I was hopin for... but after seeing comments here... I am greatful... I still have the rest of today to get my daily drops avg...

I got my EB on my roses now too...:) :)

Jazzy i am sure you are useing chickens and cuckoo's for manure..... if not i sure hope you will... they shortest time... but i wouldn't worry about manure if you don't have it... least not yet... me i would get as much event crops out the way... then worry about drops...do like everyone else.. before bed plant long crops..I would use roses<<that's just me. but if you can spare few more hours go for carnations later...i messed up in the past but still managed to get my drops... i used to always have event crops growing till i was done with them... this event seems as if there is plenty of time to grow them... so i will slow down there...

you do as you wish.... im just giving my advice as it is free...lol you take it how ever you like...you only know where you always fall short on these events at the end.. and i am sure you are making a very good plan....by what everyone is saying and what you seen in your game play.. I think you will make this event.... i wouldn't stress over anything atm as event just started...besides we learn from our mistakes... that's life too.... it will make a farmer out of you for sure....lol

Thank you, Jazac. I'll certainly have plenty of chickens to sell (maybe to put toward more manure). Thank goodness I have a lot of wheat. Top mill is chicken feed for now, baha mill I'll leave for broth.

I don't have carnations, etc. (Iris is as high as I go) -- and I also got the EB on roses yesterday (yay to both of us). I do have a plan, and I've learned quite a bit over past events -- but plans can always be altered. ;) With baha included this time around, I'm hoping I can gain a little manure too. We'll see. (only part of my main will have some chickens -- the rest will be crops).

Not stressed at all (at this point anyway - lol). Compared to the last event, this one doesn't seem as bad.

Thanks again, and good luck to you (and all).

Yes I seem to have let it be known huh....lol Well I cant learn if i don't ask (for advice) right... I still struggle at times... lately though i may have not let it known.... i do try not to ask for things.... if i don't have it... then its not meant to be....i have paid it forward some.(Just not a stable farmer yet).. but doubt i have as much with all the great people who has helped me before and upon my return to the game... Great people here and i love yall.

That's great jazzy... i will pray for all of us to make this event...

    Progress Update:

I got 316 Drinking Horns from All Six Fields. I was very surprise to get 86 Drinking Horns from Crystal Falls. As I had an Menagerie, Manufactory and Arboretum, Filled with 20 Hour Rare Trees.

The other two Baha Fields was Pitomba and Gobi Trees. The Three Main Fields had a mixture of Neons,Pinks,Reds,Orange Stables, Plus some Production Workshops and Jumbo Trees.

Only Manage to get 40 Farm Coins from Mini Game :p

Jazac I am happy to send you Craft Buff that, help you with Events too.

I have learned many things with this game to get as many event crops and Drops as i go along, Normally using Buffs, Refinements, CR Buffs,Water,Manure,Deluxe Fruit Mixer all helps with Drops.

But always bear in mind is to prevent any Idle time on your Farm as it does hinder any farmer working on an Event that is currently Active. Lost Idle time over night cannot be helped as we all need a good kip on most nights ;)

Wow -- drinking horns from Crystal Falls? I didn't think you could get them there since it wasn't mention in the FAQ (not that I have much space opened in CF). Good for you, Mooboy!

Good luck to all with Ingrid hitting the bulls eye!!!! :music:;)

I have 6 pens and some trees and had peanuts planted when I harvested I did NOT get any drinking horn drops up there!:p I have done at least 3 harvests on crystal falls today and not once did I get any "Event drops"! BUT CONGRATS to those of you that are!

Note I did not get the Drops from Crystal Falls. As FAQ clearly says Crystal Falls is not included in this Event. Sorry for the confusion it was Bahamarama Field i got the most drops.

I am going to building up fair amount of Event Crops before start to Mill Viking Broth ;)

Eight hours after the start I have

    329/1015 drops
    4766/14500 crops

That's already about 1/3 done! Althou the drop rate seems reasonable, I decided to refill all 5 fields with long timed crops on as many 1x1's as I could find. By doing so I hope to keep up the drops nicely with the crops I'll grow during the day.

Happy dreams to all & do wake up with a smile!
