Can be grown on the 2 moonlight lands (fullmoon and mushroom forest)

Event Drop: Moony Maggot
We'll get these drops when harvesting fullmoon crops, trees, stables and workshops on the 2 moonlight playfields.

Event Item: The Locust Key is handed out in the final steps of the event quest. It is required in the diamond steps of the initial 3 steps of the quest.

Thanks for the thread SahraB. I don't know how you are keeping up with it all! I am so confused, I go from one field to the other and am just planting, harvesting and donating without any clear idea what I am doing or what I am getting for doing it!

One thing for sure, those Moony Maggots are a little sparse so I doubt whether I will finish this one. But who knows?

I'm beginning to think that because of those pesky moony maggots I may not finish another one.

 

Yeah they want you to buy their maggots to finish. I've 407 and 75 hours to go...the drop rate is bad.

 

Clearly I am confused yet again, like illy1996 i am just planting and donating without any clear idea of why or how I am doing. One thing I totally agree with is those maggots are a rare commodity. Too much going on and it's disturbing to say the least with that event field as well. oh my!!!! Thank you Sarah for breaking this one down for us..... I think in order to get more maggots I will try putting in more animal stables and workshops. Event plants are not giving enough drops!!!!

 

I am working my way up to the top, then coming back down again as the maggots allow. I know there is something wrong when I am being led by maggots!

And I have grown too many crops! DOH!

 

I'm sitting this one out, not worth the bother.

 

I have only finished three silver levels on this due to maggots. At this rate I might as well quit growing crops as I will never get near enough maggots to finish cr level much less back up and ep givers needed to make cloud row work. What is wrong with this and why do I keep putting up with it?

 

Illy you're making me laugh! if it weren't for my sad sack progress...I've grown 7900 fungus (like you, too many) and got just over 400 maggots, I couldn't get anywhere to save myself on that quest. I Did the greenhouse first by mistake thinking it was the flower shop, got no drops left, a third of the crops, haven't a clue why I'm growing those things in Baha & the event dome thingy wants some other kind of crop that I haven't found use for yet but the flower wreath is still in another dimension I think...is this the most confusing event yet? should have named it brain burner for something like that. I feel like a gerbil on my wheel.

 

Just keep plodding on there, Saturnia. Somehow, with my wild strategy, I am at the top of the tree, only need *gulp* 340 maggots (in two days ) and (plus the other crops for the last part) that CR will be mine, all mine! *manic laughter*

Then I will try the long slide down! Keeping a positive attitude here.

There is no way that I sold or will ever sell illy the ladybug.

And I'm an oooooooooooooooooold farmer now and I have no idea what is going on with these events.

But if anyone here does then do whatever it is you are doing not only for this farm but

for the whole broke family of farms.

yeahhhh I only have 488 MMaggots so far and I'm not even sure what steps I could do. My head hurts.

 

We only need 1 each Shy shrooms And Ghost light. After finishing level 6 I will go for levels 3 and 4 (130 maggots). Levels 2 and 5 would need 170 maggots. I plant an 8 hr crop with a TB whenever possible, and will put in my 10 and 12 hr trees (with mulch) after the next harvest of event plant.

I hope to trade the givers during the next trading opportunity, Moonlight Haunted Manor deco are sought usually. But in hindsight I should have focused my maggots on getting Task 5 before 3 and 4.
