water tower

    I just purchased 100 units of water and it registered 100 water in my tower then jumped down to 94. I realize that is only 6 water (and 6 cc's) but this has happened at least 4 times over the course of the past 5 days. Would somebody check on this to see if I am just imagining this? I also lost over 1/2 field of killer tomatoes. I had lost my internet connection and when I came back over half the field was empty. I have 198 (1x1) plots on my main field. I can't say if those were lost or not bc I am not sure how many I had in the barn. I do know this morning I started out with 1,741. Anyway thanks in advance.

    Thank you for posting your user ID. I have checked your account and everything seems to be fine. I have also refunded 100 CCs for this inconvenience to make up for the lost water units. Please be so kind and follow the instructions in this FAQ every now and then, to avoid any display glitches. Also, please wait for a few seconds between your harvests and refills, to make sure the server had enough time (a few seconds) to realize your tank's water units amount, before refilling it. The issue sure seems to be caused by quick use of water and tank refill, so the last units used might not register as action prior to refilling the tank.

    So, please try to allow a few seconds between watering and refilling the tank, and also clear your browser cache and flash cache periodically, to avoid this from happening again. If you still experience this problem, please let us know.

    Hopefully slowly down a few seconds will solve this problem, because it's the only way this should be happening. (and it shouldn't happen :eek:).
