what did i buy?

    had 75bb, then bought 1-yr BB package for 225Bb/mo for 1/yr, so had 300bb. then logged off and went to bed. woke up to find I only have 210bb now.

    did I buy something in my sleep, or was there some sort of adjustment?

    Hi. I haven't received response to get my logs checked and i just saw teddy's message about contacting customer care so I guess I'll do that. But can someone point me in direction on where i can do that ?

    I apologise once again for the late reply - I am catching up now slowly. I have checked your logs and you have purchased a cloud row for 90 BBs on 2015-06-14 at 19:23:27 CEST. I assume it was unintentional, but I am afraid we cannot reverse the transaction. You should contact Support however indeed, to discuss this matter further.

    Is there anything else I could assist you with?

    Yikes!! You're absolutely right, I had no intention of buying a cloud row. I will contact Support and see what they say. Thanks for the help, Teddy.
