What happened to my event refinement?

    I managed to get the 10% time early bloomer for the event (refinement). I added it and then was taken to search pots again so I paid a BB to finish and I don't have the refinement. Help would be appreciated:)

    If you get a refinement on the first search, you are asked if you want to keep it. If you keep it, then the search is over. Since you began another search, you must have declined to keep the refinement.

    If you need your account checked to see what you got on your final search, please post in Technical Issues.

    Thanks...I did accept it. That is why I am confused. The game has been glitchy for me all day. I will post in Techincal Issues.
