    Why is Edelweiss locked? Why is everything back to square one in the tree of wisdom? We've already done it all. What's going on?

    I've checked your account and can see no technical issue. I was able to access Edelweiss Valley. Please try to clear your browser cache and cookies, reboot your computer and then log in again. Did that fix it?
