what is the purpose of the Buddah decoration?

    Hi, I've had this little guy forever and it says decoration only. I had hoped maybe it could be used in the cloud rows but no such luck.
    So is there any purpose to this decoration?

    As the description says, it is decoration only. You can place it on your Park/Shipwreck Bay.
