What's wrong with FS Quests?

It looks like I (is it only I?) cannot deliver the required products in parts, only the whole number of them.
For example, I want to deliver the 3 badger I have to "Peace and Quiet" lvl 3. But the Deliver button is grayed out.
why?

there has been a change to the way partial delieveries to FSQs operate, as announced here Bugfixes, Updates and Improvements - January 201


You need to enable partial deliveries in Additional Settings now to be able to do this

While I'm here, could you please tell me what kind of products are Hammock, Skateboard and Tiki Totem - which animals produce them and when and where the related workshops were got (I suspect it happened during some events I've missed, but want to be sure
