    I know I bought a butterfly house, but I cannot find it. I was rearranging my farm and now my butterfly house is missing. ID=50990504

    I can't find any record of you having a butterfly house, trading or donating any butterflies or any in the barn.

    Our logs only go back for 6 months, and I have double checked them anyway and your BB logs from the past 6 months do not show any Butterfly house purchase, so there is nothing we can do in this case, I am really sorry :( . You can try contacting our Customer Care Team to discuss this further.
