where do I enter the bonus code?

    I'm not a mod but click on the ?! (how you get to the forum) and look at the bottom for an icon with a long bar. (Hover over it, it should say Bonus Code). Click on that and you will have a small panel to fill in the code. :)

    As Sweet_Cassiopeia has kindly indicated, the bonus code can be entered on the menu as shown below, the icon at the bottom with the pen.
