    I cannot the Magic Stalk Market. Shouldn't it have appeared by now?

    The Magic Stalk Market is only for players who have incomplete cloud rows won in previous events. If you did not get the cloud row, you will not be able to purchase any of the items. If you won the cloud row and got all the givers, you will not be able to purchase any of the items.

    Since you cannot see the sale, that means you are not eligible to purchase any of the items.
