From your experience can you please inbox me or state here if you wish which baharama and regular crops, trees, animals, products and animal feeds have always paid well through sales in the market? I really need to get some country coins. I know you have to watch the market, but, there are always products which stand up to time and pay well. I can use all the help I can get.

Chickens and rabbits always sell surprisingly well given how little time / cost they take to produce. The same with the shorter growing crops like carrots, wheat and lettuce. You can grow them in comfort fields or if you have the machinery and CAC / Pumpkin jam (and oat bread for wheat) you can harvest a lot of CCs worth in a short amount of time.
Longer crops to grow include all the ingredients for CAC. Tomatoes, mushrooms, hazlenuts and onions are always in demand. Corn is a component of Power-feed so that usually sells for a good price too.
Tomatoes, mushrooms, hazlenuts and onions have Greenhouse refinements which cut down the time and make them decent overnight crops (mushrooms and tomatoes in comfort fields, maybe with manure too). That's a long term thing though.

I've always had great success selling crops needed for carrot-apple chutney or pumpkin jam. I credit most of my fortune to a period of time in which I grew pumpkins for the sole purpose of selling them on the market.

Pumpkins are a good one to sell because they take a decent amount of time to grow but are necessary in bulk to make pumpkin jam, which is a very highly valued product. Many people like to buy pumpkins at market to make their own jam, so pumpkins always sold well for me. This doesn't necessarily mean they sold for the highest price, but they were very reliable sales.

I also recommend the humble banana - which is used as feed and in craft products. They sell nicely at a good price and are inexpensive trees that you can buy in bulk. :)
