Announcement White Pages in Standalone Client

    Howdy Farmers,

    The Game Team is working hard to resolve issues in the Standalone Client that you download. It seems that some players think they need to download and install the each time they want to log in. You only need to install it once and then access the game by clicking on the shortcut. Multiple installations can cause problems.

    Secondly, players are reporting problems with "white pages" and the Team will need some additional information from players to help resolve this issue. Please follow these instructions and post the information here in this thread.

    A log entry from your computer is necessary to gain information needed to fix this problem.

    Insert %appdata%\Farmerama\logs in the Explorer navigation bar:

    You will then find a log that looks like:

    log.jpg
    Open the log and copy the info and post here in this thread so we can share it with the Team.

    The Game Team has collected sufficient data to investigate the white page issue and are working hard on finding a fix.

    No further information is needed from players at this time for the white pages and this thread will be closed.

    Hello Farmers,

    A solution to the White Pages when trying to load the Standalone Client has been found! :D You will need to uninstall the previous version and install the client again. Happy Farming!
