why can't I find sled championship quest?

    I am level 96 and wondering why I can't find the sled championship quest in my quests. I've looked through all of the quest list and put it in the search feature in the quest lists and still no luck. Can you help me? Thank you.

    The Sled Championship quest has a required level of 101 and you will have it open and available to you at that time.
