Why no last candle event for players below 21?

    Why is the last candle event limited to players over level 21?

    The comment, in response to another thread (which I clicked on thinking it might give me an answer), was that this is a breeding event and you cannot breed until then. However, I could certainly give chickens and eggs, even rabbits. Why can't I at least get those prizes?

    Good point...but probably more for the Suggestion Section......Let's see who picks it up...

    I am just wondering about the reasoning. I think it is way too late to make a suggestion in this regard, since the event ends in less than a day.

    PS I wound up getting to level 21 by buying eggs and completing enough orders to make it up, so I am able to do part of the event now. Bought a breeding pack to go further, even.
