I think it's an awesome idea to classify the animals and thus extend the possibilities in breeding events. Love it!

What I don't get is why, at the start of this new concept, in this event there are two out of three categories with just ONE breeding animal available in it. By doing so our choices on what to breed are still very limited, Not to speak about the consequences for the market on those two animals.

To categorize the badges needed in the quests as well means there is no choice at all but to breed the bees and chameleons. Disappointing.

I consider this as a false kick off. It would've been much better if all categories in this event would have had at least two or more different breeding animals in it.

Power feed sale and Baby Boom for only 8 hours?! Having these at the beginning of the event is obviously to give a kick start to the event. I would say thanks for that, but only 8 hours negates the benefit for some. You do realize that people play this game worldwide - so some people will miss out on this advantage. Somewhere in the world players will be working (or sleeping) and, at least where I work, playing a game during work hours is considered stealing time. Why would you deliberately give an advantage to only a portion of your players? I don't get it.

It seems that the power feed required to complete this is out of a lot of players reach.
The prizes are nice, but I don't suppose that I'll get many

The only negative was there was ALOT of power feed required to finish.

    I like the prizes, [IMG]
most of all the golden banana's, [IMG] as they are SO hard to come by.

I will even excuse the MEGA amount of powerfeed needed [IMG] to get to the end of this event. (I needed over 700!) [IMG]

I managed though, and [IMG] with the prizes.

Now I'm hoping for good results on the stables and trees. [IMG]

I am however not so happy with only 8 hours of baby boom. [IMG] My friends from across the pond will not be able to take part in it! Why? why only 8 hours? [IMG]

Over all.... Very nice event. [IMG]

I am finished with the WHOLE event!xD I made PF knowing this event was coming up, so I had enough to do this event! I also had all the animals, birds, and reptiles to breed and move along to get the much needed badges! I :inlove::inlove: the graphics, and the concept is good! I thought the prizes were GREAT! :) I hope everyone has fun and Good luck to all!;) Also Thanks for the mini BB, I know you will give a longer one later on in the week...right?!:p

Very nice prizes! However, you should have cut down the PF required - or given more as a prize. A bit greedy there for sales I think.

Finished the event. New pens are always nice, though value is hard to assess.

I like that you did have a BBD, but the timing is such that anyone who works a regular (7-3, etc.) day job here in the US is going to miss out. That is not really fair.

Also, do NOT like that this event was doubled up with the other one. I did finish, but if you are only catering to the older players, then this falls short...... and doing this is makes things VERY difficult for newer players. You really cannot meet desires of both older players and newer players simultaneously. I can remember when the whole idea of events was daunting. That is OK. However, the pace of these is very excessive. Also, I would like to see something that does a better job of "bringing" in new players to events. Events were part of what brought many of us to farmerama, but it came as a gradual package for most of us. Rushing it, pushing so much just overwhelms, it does not excite. And, as I noted above, to do that without even meeting the needs of higher level players is self-defeating. We need different events that cater to new people and older players, but also to have ALL events paced out a bit more. If you want to have this inundation, then you need to do it in a way that does not wind up excluding new players, make them feel there is no use even trying because the climb is so high.

i finished but i had almost 2000 pheromones and 1800 pf so easy for me , but u will not have events that r even for newer and older players , it wasnt easy for us when we were new players why should it be easy now for new players i and im sure very many players on here worked hard to afford the perks of being long time players , so the boo hooing needs to stop about events being unfair !

Short duration of BBD and PF sale, though I'm sure it will be back on Friday as normal. I like the event, only one thing has spoiled it for me. How mean to make us use 3 Tortoises for 1 skateboard. Please either reduce the number of Tortoises needed or reduce the number of hours it takes to make a Tortoise.

I liked the event but didn't like the fact that we only got 30 PF as rewards:(-.- Wish that there would have been other options for the Reptiles and Anthropods. Party Spins are nice as I am trying to win the latest Bird House before the next one comes out but it doesn't show up on my wheel very much-.- And 3 tortoises for the workshop???

As there is no other feed back thread I will make my comment here.
If you give a baby boom event to help with this new quest you should be fair. All the short 8 hours event only help the western Europe. If as you claim you want the entire world to participate and you want to be a world wide game, you should be fair with the whole world. All short event should last a minimum of 24hours.
Even though I was watching for it I never saw the baby boom on. And I only have 6 hours difference with Europe. Other area would be worse.

I will not participate in this event. It requests too much PF. Movies have not been rewarding any point lately and I do not have enough BB to buy PF.
I pay for the harvester but will not spend more in this game.

Prizes are good but just don't have the PF. Like that you gave new pens even though I probably won't be getting them.

I didn't like the badges mechanism. I think that donating coloured animals is expensive enough. With the badges thing, the amount of required PF becomes really huge, I myself had spent something like 700 PF. Considering that we can't mill much PF because we have loads of old and new animals to feed, that means that we are obliged to spend a lot of RL money.

With all of the events going on, back to back and overlapping one another, it is rather difficult to to dedicate the mill to just producing PF. The PF requirement for this event was way out of reach for many players...including me. I have other goals I am working on because when I started playing there were not so many events and there was a somewhat of a balance in accomplishment and challange.

I agree....this event was just a money grab....how many players had to buy PF?

I checked out the prizes for each group and have to say they are very nice prizes...just not for the event requirements. In my currency, it would cost about $15 every breeding event for accomplishment (which is not guaranteed)...that would be $180 in a year just for PF...not to mention ALL the other sales that BP/Youzu throws our way....

Sorry...I am ranting...I know things change and I am all for it....it's just that I joined this game to relieve stress and have some fun NOT add stress and take away some fun.

    Graphics as always were great!!!!

Edit: Just need to add one more thing...if the "Boo Hooing" stops and we say nothing at all...there will be NO new players. No new players means the "long" time players will be the only ones spending money to buy the new shiny things. Oh wait....the long time players ARE already leaving....I have lost numerous neighbours that were 10 levels plus above me for the reasons that are stated in this feedback (and many other) threads.
So Farmers.....boo hoo all you like...it is called feedback!!!

i did this event and not a dime did i spend. i mill nothing but pf and buy animals or the feed from the market. i dont mind the cc cost of paying for the animals or feed . i dont like growing animals or feed . so those farmers that do deserve to earn the cc's from doing so ty to all who grow animals and mill feed n sell it to us in the market . i also stand by my statement that new players should earn their way to the top just like the rest of us.

As this was a breeding event, a Scented Tree, which gives pheromones, would have been a nice additional prize.
Not sure we need so many new pens but I have done the event and, apart from the Crab, they will sit in the barn for now.
7 marks out of 10. Nice event.

Too much PF required. An event for even one of the workshops would have been enough but to have all three at once made it very intensive breeding for both animals and PF.

I don't like workshops that take 3 animals and having workshops that take less time than its associated animal stable means having numerous stables to support one workshop.

I did like the flexibility of the bird category for breeding.
