    have opened all my stockings but 3rd & 4th row will not let me open gifts can u please check it out cheyanne1956 no;2085024 thank you

    Hello cheyanne1956 :)

    Your logs show that you need to open Day 13, which was CC. When you unlock that day's gift, you will be able to open the bonus gifts.

    When you miss opening a stocking, the gift shows what was inside so you can decide if you want to use BB to unlock that day's gift. It doesn't mean it is actually open. If you look at Day 13 where it shows CC, you should see a blue plus sign just above it. That indicates you need to use BB to unlock that day's gift to be able to collect the bonus gifts.
