Winter calendar bug

    Four members of my family are players, each with his/her account. We've tried to open 1st December Christmas, but it didn't work. I have tried for all four account almost until midnight, I've even opened the 2nd gift, even if it was December 1st, but I couldn't open the first one, none of us could. It's too much to pay 8MM for a bug....What can we do? Thank you very much!

    Edit: ok, sorry for the double post, Mir85 was so kind to clarify the fact that the calendar runs on German time.... But the first day bug will cost each of us 8MM... :cry::cry::cry:

    Hello My_sweet_nest,

    The Game runs on German time, so it is now 1:19 CET, so yes, it is the day of the 2nd gift. You should have been able to open the first gift up to 1 1/2 hours ago.

    No, I've hoped that the bug will be solved during the day and tried to picked the cookie again just before midnight... It seems it was too late, because of the time gap... :cry:
