Winter Calendar Issues

With all due respect to our over worked Mods, but there is no other avenue left.

Myself included there is now a number of farmers/users who are having the same problem with the calendar. We know we have opened all gifts to log in the next day to find that a previous gift is locked.

I and others have gone to support for assistance but to no avail, they say there is no problems when scripts have been ran by game devs to sort out an earlier similar problem.

Therefore can we ask this be looked into for us instead of wasting BBs to open already opened gifts.

We have spoken with the Game Team and have been told that the only problem with the winter calendar was already addressed with a script. No other issues have been found. All that remains is that if any day is locked, you have the option to open with BB to be able to open the extra gifts at the end of the row.

A suggestion for the future is to do a screenshot of each day as you go along in case you ever need to provide it to Support in order to show that your gifts were indeed open.

Im sorry but I know and others know we have have opened every gift mine was 27th so this prooves how diligent Ive been.

I will just have to blot my copybook with these events and leave box unopened with the fact that I know it has been opened.
