Winter Calendar missing gift

    Whenever we have an event and a Calendar event I log in several times a day. I always check them 2-4 times a day because I have more than one farm and want to make sure that I received the gift for that day to ensure that I also receive the extra gifts (weekly and final) which are usually better.

    My farm nm56 ID 8851373 is now showing that Gift 22 (5 Farm Coins) was not collected so I cannot get the 2 extra gifts for that week. I know that I clicked on this and it showed that I received the gift. I don't know whether or not the farm coins actually went into inventory though.

    I have two other farms that did receive all gifts so far: nlm24 ID 17667177 and nm561 ID 16496603. They show that I was playing the game on the day in question so it was not a case of taking a rest from the game for a day.

    Could you please credit nm56 ID 8851373 with the Farm Coins as well as the 2 extra gifts (36 hr +1 harvest bonus and EP Giver).

    Same problem for me...just like last week's 'gremlin' (for which we were compensated) but which I fell for and coughed up 10 precious BBs. This time it's the day after the 5 coins mentioned by nm56, and it shows 42,750 coins with the blue 'plus' sign. I know I've opened the gifts every day, but now I can't open the two bonus gifts either. Why would it show coins anyway, if I hadn't opened it ? (same as last week, it showed coins with the blue plus sign). My user name is xtattiex ID:51092276.

    Hello nm56,

    I can only show that your logs show that day 22 has not been opened. You will need to contact Support to see if they can assist you further.

    xtattiex, the blue plus sign means you have not opened the stocking on the corresponding day and can now pay BB's to open it. If you need further assistance, please start your own thread where we can assist you individually.

    I have contacted Support and await their response and have also submitted a Suggestion that may help with this problem in the future.

    Crossing my fingers hoping that they credit account because I will probably need that bonus gift (EP Giver) for a future CR.

    No further assistance needed at this time. Thank you for your response.

    The sqme happened to me as well with the 5 farm coins gift, although I might have just forgotten to check the socks that day.
