Winter calendar opened all but end presents locked

    I opened a box every day and yet only the extra box on the top row (100% for 48 hours) opened. The rest of the end boxes are all still locked. Any suggestions?

    Hello elbo79,

    Days 7, 8 and 24 are locked. You will see a blue plus sign on the days that have not been opened. If you want to collect the Bonus gifts, you will need to open the locked days with BB's.

    I see that today but they were not locked yesterday. In fact I was very careful to open a box every single day. I have paid the price to reopen them, but there is something seriously wrong with this. I also see that others have had the same problems because they have also had boxes locking after they were opened.

    I am sorry, but I can only see that they days were locked. You can try contacting Support to see if they can investigate further.

    Will do. Wish I could have taken a screen shot of the page. It would have shown that they were all open.
