    Hi I have opened all stockings including the Tasmania trees on the 18th, but when I went to open the Bonus box it will not open. I have logged out and in and still no luck could you please check my account and see what is happening!

    Your logs show you didn't collect the CC given on the 13th. In order to open the bonus box, you will need to unlock that day's gift.
