    I can not open the blue box bonus gift, I got the Tasmania trees for the 18th, but the bonus will not open. I have logged out and in again and still can't open it. Could someone please check for me?

    did you make sure all your other gifts for the week are open? the same thing happened to me I know I opened all of them but it said I didn't :(

    Thank you MARLYMAR Yes all my gifts show they are open even the Tasmania trees just the box will not open.I'll just wait and see what happens;)

    If you have any day that has not been opened, you will see a blue plus sign next to it indicating it needs to be opened with BB. If you need your account checked, please post in Technical Issues with your Game ID as you have here.
