Winter Calendar will not allow me to open end of week presents

    Hello,
    The winter calendar will not allow me to click on the end of the week presents. Also, I thought that maybe i missed a day, but I have been able to open days on the calendar a day early. I do not know if that has anything to do with the time difference, as I am eastern standard time. My

    Hi, yes my calendar does not show that I redeemed the third prize, so I have no idea what it. It only shows that I have opened the first two end of the week prizes. I have opened all the prizes for this week, plus one for next week, day 19. Its still day 18, where I am, so I'm not sure why i was able to redeem that day. The third end of the week prize is still locked. Are you showing that I have redeemed the third end of the week prize and are you also showing that I have redeemed the prize for day "19"?

    Today is the 19th present you can open. The Gift at the end of this row is the round jar with the snowflake on it.
