I opened every present on the second row of gifts but for some reason, the yellow and blue boxes at the end of the row did not unlock. Can you help me with this? My ID is 9002799

If the end of the row gifts did not unlock then you have missed a gift somewhere. Once a day has passed, the gift looks like it is open but will have a blue plus sign beside it. That is the day that if you choose to open in order to get the end of rows gifts, you will need to use BB.

There is no blue plus sign on either box to give me the option of using BB's.

 

The blue plus sign would not be on the boxes at the end of the row, but rather on the day you missed.

In the above picture, you can see the blue plus signs on all 6 days of the row with the gift boxes at the end with locks on them. In order to open the gift boxes at the end, the farmer would have to use BB on all 6 days of missing opening the stockings.

Please kindly look at your stocking days again and see which one(s) is missing. Did you find it? If not, would you please attach a screenshot so we can help you?
