winter calendar

Has anyone else looked at their calendar and discovered after u opened up a few stockings that the + mark is in the corner telling u, u can buy that stocking because u 'missed' it? Its happened to me with number 8 and 9. I have the venom in my pantry and also watched the coin go into my 'bank'.. I don't want this glitch to ruin my chances at getting the 2 big presents at the end of this week.

ID: 32839796. Theres my ID.. wont so any good tho.. was sent an email and pretty much told I was lying..

 

OK.. Id like to know why there is a support for this game when all they do is nothing. U report a problem and they wont fix it. I received the items from the stockings.. They act like Im trying to steal something from them! I missed the day 2 stocking on both my farms and had to buy them. That was my goof, but I have been very diligent on NOT missing any more days. I come in here at a certain time every day to do the calendar. Why do they make u out to be a liar? This isn't the first time they have done this to me. Very upsetting.

 

Your logs show that you did not log in on the 8th of December and there are no logs for receiving drop items on that day either.
I am sorry you are unhappy with the answer from Support, but there is nothing further we can do.

Im sorry but I did log into the 8th and the 9th. Funny how I got the gifts in my pantry. If I didn't log into it I wouldnt have those gifts would I? And Im not the only person that is having issues with the calendar either. U'd think with other people also experiencing this problem something would be done to help us. Its not like u guys are giving $100 bills as gifts. I have no reason to lie about opening up a stocking and as I had said.. I missed the 2nd and had to pay. I didn't miss 8 and 9. I opened those. But..no one cares. Its all about the money we have to spent. BP continues to rip us off on this. Sad how we are treated.

 

I can only say what your logs show and there was no CC credited to your account on the 9th from the Winter Calendar.

I can only suggest you double check before each day is over that the gift has registered as being collected.
