Winter Calendar

    Yet again Im asking as to why I go to the winter calendar and notice that day 7's box is now requiring me to pay BBs to open when it was already open.

    Yesterday I was 'talking' by IGM to other players who are not happy that this has happened to them so I kept looking at my calendar to doublecheck and everything was open yesterday but today it is closed.

    This happened last year and everyone was ask to contact support who were no help at all and called me a liar. Please do not ask me to contact them as they dont care.

    With a number of others this has happened to we all cant be wrong, please can we have this looked into.
    Sorry to be longwinded as it is frustrating that this has happened again.

    I'm sorry you are frustrated with the Winter Calendar, but there is nothing we can do on the forum except check your account and tell you what your logs show. For the 7th, your logs indicate it was not collected and it remains locked. In order to collect the end of the row prizes, you will need to unlock that day's gift with BB.

    I can assure you all instances are looked into individually and the concerns you have have been shared with the Game Team.

    Im sorry Farmers.Almanac it was collected, sorry to be blunt as you are only the messanger and you and your colleagues assist us without quibble and with humility and corteously....this box was opened. I checked the calendar on a number of occasions yesterday as others had this problem and box 7 did not have a blue cross as why would it take me 4 days to notice. I have logged into my account for 664 days so why would I miss collectly these welcome gifts when the 'glitch' got me last year.
    I was 'messing' around yesterday with the calendar and was clicking on the large boxes at end and other boxes gifts were highlighted to say these need to be opened before claiming them.
    I await others to say they have this problem before closing as I wont be the last this will happen to, although maybe BP will ensure it doesnt befall others.
    Im sorry for lengthy reply but its annoying that this is happening and nothing is done about it.

    Again, I'm sorry you are having trouble with the calendar. I can assure you that your concerns are being shared but what you describe has not been able to be reproduced. Unlocked stockings don't relock. I did see you are a daily player who has collected Fuzzles's gift without missing a day. However, all I can tell you is that your stocking for the 7th shows locked and the only recourse other than here in the forum is to contact Support. I know you don't wish to do that but we cannot do anything else here in the forum.

    Respectfully, leaving this thread open for others to respond is not possible. If they have a problem, each player needs to open their own thread. This allows us to help each player individually.

    May I assist you with anything else?
