winter calendar

    Hello,

    this is more to let someone know that there are issues with the winter calendar. There were several days where i went to try and open a stocking and had to refresh the game in order to be able to click on the stocking to open it. one day in particular was day 7. i opened it and come the end of the week i tried to collect the prize only to find that it wouldnt open. i could not figure out why and refreshed the game several times only to figure out that day 7 wasnt open now. as i stated i am just wanting to let you know there are issues. i am not going to contact support as they will NOT do anything as they have not helped me in the past for other issues. even the way that you have to contact support is not user friendly and the limited choices they give to contact them show they do not care. anyway by reading other posts on issues with the calendar this is why i am writing this to voice my issues i have been having with the calendar. i think that there are more people out there that have had issues with the calendar but know that they will not get any help with it so they havent voiced their issues.

    Hello Mar_Bear,

    If you are logged into the Game when the Calendar resets, you may need to refresh your Farm for the stocking to be able to open. I am sorry you were not able to open Day 7. Please leave your thoughts in the Feedback thread where they will be forwarded to the Game Team.
