    I too have opened every gift but the bonus gift for week is still locked...
    Everything shows as unlocked except Bonus gift. :(

    Okay I now see it says I didn't open the Island EP but I dispute as I open calendar directly after daily gifts and I have never missed a day from the start of that.
    Convinced there is a glitch. :(

    Hello BoHoKaren :)

    You are correct. Your logs show that you need to unlock day 15 which gave TEP in order to unlock the bonus gift.

    I'm sorry that here in the forum, all we can do is report what your logs show. You may contact Support if you wish to see if they can help you with your dispute.

    I am not sure this is where this should be posted BUT there appears to be a glitch and NO ONE wants to deal with it. shellhappybj, and BohoKaren and others have ALL reported that they have opened every gift but could not open the bonus on night 18, but after technical takes a look then all of a sudden a "blue plus" shows up indicating that you missed that gift and can pay BB's to get it opened:(...well I saw on one of my rl neighbors farms that she indeed had opened all gifts other wise we could not have seen what the gift was only the stocking still hanging there...right?:music:
    So you are taking what should have been a fun event and managed to make it not fun anymore! Thanks!:(

    After a day has past that a stocking has not been opened, it will show the Gift of that day with a blue plus sign, you will no longer see the stocking ;) so yes, it may at first glance look like the day has been opened.
