winter calendar

    I have opened a new window everyday. However the extra windows Numbered IV, VI, AND VIII on your FAQ are still blocked. I did not miss any day and I tried many times to open them to no avail. it remained locked. Why?

    Hello Frenchmom14261 :)

    If you have any of the bonus gift boxes still locked, that means a daily stocking is locked. Looks for the little blue plus sign indicating any days missed will need BB to unlock. It may look opened but the graphics show the daily gifts rather than a locked stocking so players may know what was in the day they missed and decide if they wish to use BB to unlock it. If you need you account checked, please post in Technical Issues with your game ID.

    I do not know how , but I did find a little blue plus sign. Could you please let me know what the number IV, VI, and VIII gifts are, so I can decide if they are worth 10 BB.

    The calendar already shows what they are so you can decide if you want them opened or not.

    Gift IV contains 200% EP bonus for 48 hours
    Gift VI & VIII contain the deco items shown in the FAQ.
    These cannot be opened unless the corresponding stockings have been opened.
