Winter Callendar

    Having just opened todays (28th) I notice that yesterdays reward has got a plus sign by it indicating that this requires 13 BB's to open. I know this has been opened, this is the only one that for some reason is unopened it has become locked overnight. why would I not open this one when only 2 left to complete the full set.
    We know I am not the 1st player this has happened to and Imnot happy. why should I pay BB's to re open a present that has been opened.
    Can this be looked into please

    I can only see by your logs that Day 27 is locked. You can try contacting Support for further investigation.

    Thank you Shooger, for someone that has logged in everyday day since starting playing and my routine when we have these callendars is to check forum 1st to see what reward is then open straight away. this is annoying that now only one day left I am unable to collect all rewards unless I use BB's and BP have admitted there has been issues with the Winter Callendar.
    As you suggest I will have to contact support.
