I just wanted to start a thread to wish you all a safe happy and merry christmas!
I hope you and yours spend a safe happy day with you family friends and loved ones and the ones we have to put up with just because ,,,, lol you know the in laws ...... all stay safe on the roads and have a lovely safe wonderful day .... Kiss the ones you love .... let them know you love them as you just never know it could be your last christmas together !!!! Wishing you all love and happiness for the Christmas season!

Ah Christmastime, probably one of the most beautiful of the holidays we celebrate. Yards decorated, beautiful light displays, storefronts with their wintery Christmas displays, and the Christmas Trees for all that pass by to gaze upon. Certainly beautiful. As we look upon these let's not forget the meaning of this day. I hope your hearts are filled with love, peace, and joy and that you may pass these on to all you share the day with or just pass along your way. May the Spirit of Christmas fill you now and in the coming New Year.

I wish all my neighbours, friends and the whole forum a Merry Christmas.
It's true what igotfrogs says"let them know you love them as you just never know it could be your last christmas together !!!!" I lost my mom and dog this year so last year was the last Christmas I passed with them.
But they are both in my thoughts....

 

Yes as long as we hold those dear to us they are never gone from this world .....

Tommone, so sorry that you lost those so dear to you in the last year. It is so true that we must show that we care always, you never know what is round the corner.

Tommone sorry to hear about your lost. I know they were both special to you. As long as you have the memories and the wonderful love you share for them, they will always be with you.

Merry Christmas to All, I agree with igotfrogs and tommone I am so very sorry you've lost your mom and pet Hugs to you.
I hesitate to say this but because everyone is important I will, a friend was chatting with me tonight, very depressed and he was saying death is starting to look like his best option, he is an American Veteran, wounded in battle and disabled, denied help by the va, and just got notice his house is being foreclosed. Please anyone who feels led pray with me for my friend, his 3 small children also spent Christmas with no presents, and he is wondering how he will be able to feed them, no income and denied ssdi. He is in desperate need of prayer I do not have any way to contact him and I did ask him for an address so I could at least send his kids some toys.
We haven't done our Christmas dinner or gifts yet, hubby had to work so we will do it saturday.

 

Prayer for your friend joyce. Military members (past and present) are very close to my heart and I am so very saddened that this vet is struggling right now.
