Wolf Next door cloud row activation

I have a Blackthorn and a Loquat in the glade with SSG
I checked and they were showing 186 EP on the popup.
After the cloud row activation there was no difference.

I have not harvested yet because they are not yet ready to see if the actual harvest gives the bonus EP.
The buff is showing active in the buff panel.

The cloud row affects the actual Wonder / Secret stables, not the stables you get from these mini events.

So the difference is ones we purchased vs ones we won.
How do we know which are which and which ones are selected first when you have multiples?

I think that the cloud row only adds EP to the maturity of the Secret Stables/Trees. When you first harvest the "Mystery", you get the bonus. Once they are regular trees and stables, the row no longer applies to them. Mods, correct me if I'm wrong as I don't yet have this row.

 

Thank you BlackCaviar for the additional information, that is correct indeed - I apologise for not being clear enough, joross60.

Basically, no rare tree or stable will be affected by these rows, just the actual wonder seedlings, once, when you harvest them and discover what tree or stable it turns into. So if you have 5 "Ghibli" Wonder Trees for example, their EP will be boosted when you harvest them, but after that, when harvesting the trees that came out of the mystery items, they will not be affected by this row.
