woodpecker pet and tentacle tree/auto-harvest clarifications

I need 2 clarifications.

The FAQs state that the woodpecker pet increases other givers, but it does not clarify if we are to use it before the others or after to receive this benefit. I know mir asked that when it was first introduced, but I cannot remember and the FAQs still do not specify.

Also, how does the auto-harvester for trees impact the willow tree. Does it not impact it at all, (its excluded), just auto-hyarvest for the time Moonlight is active or does it give an accumulated harvest for the time it is out, retroactively, much like for regular trees ?( this may be in the FAQs? but if so, I missed it)

I don't know that I did but I can certainly answer it

As stated in the FAQ the woodpecker gives +15% EP for 20 minutes (on everything harvested from your land, not just givers). As any other EP bonus it must be activated before harvesting.

No. Apparently, I misread the FAQs before. I thought it boosted other pets, not EP. I was apparently incorrect.
