Work Glove Credit

    On Monday I was Credited with the EP etc from ONE Work Glove.
    I know I had hundreds.
    My understanding was the credits would be given at the end of the event, this happened on several farms ( Four credits in another case)
    I am wondering if this was a general glitch ?
    Were the Gloves credited or will the credits be given at the end of all the quests ?
    If they were credited then mine have gone AWOL.
    I have asked a neighbour and this pop up did not happen on my neighbours farm.
    I should add that I can find none in my inventory

    Hello Meggan2010 :)

    I have checked your logs and you had 422 leftover work gloves, for which you have received: 9284 EP, 9284 Baha-EP and 12238 CCs, on 2019-12-09, at 11:19:13 CET (UTC+1) . The conversion was successful and the amounts were correctly booked to your account. I'm not sure what could have been displayed wrong. If you took a screenshot of this, it would be great if you could share it with us, to have it investigated further. It was surely a display glitch, since the records show 422 work gloves leftover and converted according to the exchange rate.

    Is there anything else we could help you with?

    No thank you, that is good news. the pop up certainly just said one but I am so used to the pop ups I had closed it as I read it and it only registered in my brain too late but then the same happened on another farm showing only 4 when I knew it was more .

I will be happy to check your other account's logs as well, to see how many leftover gloves you had, and make sure the conversion went fine - just please let us know the user ID / username.
