    .....When I but SSG or SG but did not receive confirmation messages just now for these purchases using BB....within the last half hour. Please check this out. Thanks.

    You bought in 3 lots of Suzy's Supergrow and 1 lot of Supergrow between 00:21 and 00:26 CET. You then bought 2 lots of BB's at 00:31 CET
    Are these the packs you did not get a confirmation for? As no other purchases have gone through.

    I received the BB confirmations. I did not receive any confirmations for any of the SSG or SG purchases. The SSG and SG purchases were done with BB and not real money.

    The packages of Suzy's Super Grow and Super Grow were booked successfully to your account, so the transactions went fine. The only problem was the missing pop-up after the purchase - if I understood this correctly. We were unable to reproduce this problem however, but if you experience this again with a super grow sale or any other upcoming sale, please be so kind and let us know.
