    > I made my first delivery to Silver & Gold. I've re-checked & refreshed; still the same.
    > Prizes given out came from the Bronze level.
    > Please investigate the issue/problem.

    The deliveries you have made are Silver and Gold statues which corresponds to the Gold and Diamond task levels in the FAQ. You have been awarded the correct prizes from those levels. Your account does not show Bronze rewards.

    > I was looking at delivery & prizes in the silver & gold layers. Now understand how it works as 2 choices for each layer times 6 layers equal the 12 that has to be finished.
