"You have no games in your account" - AniE1 farm

I'm getting this error again on my AniE1 farm- saying I have no games in my account.
Farm name: AniE1
ID: 52953529

Is there a G&T coming up? I've been locked out of my farm in this way before during and just before G&T.

Hi, I log in through Bigpoint on my AniE1 farm. I have another farm with Bigpoint - giving the same error.
Not a train smash - I'll wait for Bigpoint to sort it out. The going in through Farmerama.com and changing password doesn't work when this happens - and support hasn't been able to help with that previously.

Not a mod but if you scroll down on the Bigpoint page and use the search feature, you can find Farmerama and log in there. A few extra steps but it works.

(Yes, I'm having to do it this way too.)

 

Thank you Sweet_Cassiopeia for the hint. This workaround is a solution indeed if there is just one account / game.

If you have just one farm linked to your portal, please follow the steps kindly suggested by Sweet_Cassiopeia. If you have more than one account, it will log you into the one you accessed last.

Another workaround is to go to the Farmerama website ( www.farmerama.com ) and use the forgotten password feature to reset the Farmerama account password, and access it directly through the website until the portal glitch is sorted out. I would like to point out that changing the password through the website will not affect your Bigpoint password.

We apologise for this inconvenience, and we hope this will be sorted out very soon, as the Team has been already informed this afternoon.

It worked! Thanks - the search one.
I've tried to reset the password through Farmerama.com previously. It didn't work - and support couldn't help. Each time I got locked out (I think 3x now), that password reset didn't work.

But the search did! So yay, all sorted.
