    I saw the update that said all was fixed - not for all of us. Game freezes, getting logged out, taking much longer to clear the fields that's if it doesn't freeze or knock me out of the game. I know I can't be the only one. and all we get for all this frustration is some chutney & a few other things. For higher level players that doesn't quite do it for us. Floridasolve

    Hello Floridasolve :)

    I am sorry for the continuation of technical issues with the game. We thought all had been fixed and the game was up and going again. It was...for a time. Evidently, there are a few more tweaks that are being worked on at this time. We will keep you updated as we learn more.

    There are currently 2 bonuses and 2 compensations posted in the forum in recognition of all the trouble. We hope that will help offset the time lost being able to access your farm.

    I can only say I understand your frustration and assure you that all that can be done to restore the game is being done.

    So all we received was 4 tickets for all the time we couldn't play??? Even now things are not fixed - WHEN is this going to be completely fixed? Trying to do party ticket spins this morning & it locked up - had to log out & refresh. It is getting more frustrating than fun.

    Just now trying to go from one field to another & it's not working - won't switch from main field to the next field. I am not using an old computer so what is the problem - I did try to download the client fix but it wouldn't download so what are we supposed to do? Spend all day trying to figure out how to play this game?? Not all of us have all day to do this.

    I'm sorry you are experiencing technical difficulties and understand your frustration. Thank you for trying the Standalone Client download, but if it is not working for you, please try to log in the browser as you normally would and use the Unity WebGL and see if that fixes it. It may be a bit slow at the first log in but should improve. We are currently under an Important Technical Test for 48 hours.

    We do kindly ask players to let us know their experience in the Feedback threads so we can report all issues to the Game Team to add to their 'to do' list.

    If you click on the 3 links above (bold green), and scroll through the announcement, you will find that players receive more than the 4 Winter Decks for the current event. ;)
