    I got ten trees on the gift but I didn't receive them on my tree section and it was still empty when I checked do I have to be at a higher level to have those trees thank you very much

    I am not clear on where you got these trees. Can you be more specific about where the trees came from. Some of the Reward Crates reward tree fruit, not actual trees.

    Yesterday you opened 10 x Crate O' Exotic Fruits. These are the possible rewards:

    These reward Fruits only, not the trees, and they will be found in your Barn under "Tree fruit" or "BAHAMARAMA Tree fruit". Are these what you are referring to?
