No, no, no, no, we don't talk about (fake) cookies! Shhhhhh! If THE COOKIE's fake, perish the thought, can we believe in anything? No, no, no, no, THE COOKIE's really, really, real! It may be imitated, duplicated, studied in depth, but everyone needs something to believe in, so I'll say it loud and clear, THE COOKIE's real and we're going to share it with everyone...:music:

I share all those duplicates with everyone. I still have the original one. I buried it in Easter dessert bowl. No one has guessed it is buried there and appearance of that dish (Mämmi) prevent outsiders digging in or digging up :p.

Appearances are one thing, but ... craftmanship is another. The dish may be ugly, but the guy at antiques roadshow says it is rare and old. It is worth a small fortune. He discovered the cookie while examining it on live TV. The cookie is now up for auction at Sotheby.

lol I just checked what Mammi desert from Finland is and you are right I don't see lots of people digging in but some how it has ended up
for auction ...my question is why pay for it when we can (borrow it) steal it and be on our way? So here we go again cookie has been rescued from auction house and is now on its way for a tour of Boston with a New England Patriot (who will guard it till it is time for foot ball practice!)xDxD

Aha! Sueperkins walks onto the field ans sees the entire defensive line on guard. Knowing they are all professionals Sue knows how to handle this. She reaches into her purse and holds up a 25 cent piece for all of them to see and then throws it as far I can. These men are all trained to "get the quarter back" so they all chase after it and pile on it when they find it. I then rush over and grab the cookie and run for the sidelines which is officially "out of bounds" and then run away. I need to find a great place to hide this popular cookie. Where should I hide it. I know, I will hide it at the top of Mount Washington. A difficult climb and they can have very cold and windy weather.

Hmmmm, indeed a challenging climb especially for one who is vertically challenged. Thus, we took the Auto Road to the summit, quickly grabbed THE COOKIE and ever so carefully slowly drove down. Not for the faint of heart to be sure! Since we were so close to our northern neighbor, we decided to leave the cookie in the Cape Spear Lighthouse. There the brilliant beam will light up anyone audacious enough to try and grab THE COOKIE!

What's this? The lighthouse keeper frowns. There certainly isn't supposed to be a cookie in here, where crumbs could get in the machinery of the lighthouse and spoil the careful calibration. One of the people touring the lighthouse must have left it.
Certainly the lighthouse keeper doesn't want to eat it, he doesn't know where it's been. He throws it outside for the birds.

And a Sea Gull swoops in and carries the cookie off to who knows where!?

The Sea Gull gets tired of carrying the cookie and a migrating bird offers to carry it to beautiful Kentucky and hide it in Churchill Downs as no one will notice it as they are getting ready for Derby day :)

No PEOPLE notice it, but there are a lot of ants that live under all that seating. A whole anthill bands together to drag the cookie back home as a gift for their queen.

Heavy spring rains mean the ants are busy making tunnels for the water to preserve their home leaving the cookie unguarded. An anteater had a surprise for breakfast...instead of ants, he found the cookie. Not liking chocolate chips, he discards the cookie near the concession stand.

And the sly fox saw it and just grabbed it before others noticed. The fox then hid it beneath the leaves and twigs in a grape yard.

My goodness, THE COOKIE certainly gets aground, er, around. Well, it is (or was) round, but I digress. We distracted the fox (such an easy thing to do!), and while he looked the other way, snatched THE COOKIE and dashed all the way to North Carolina and left THE COOKIE in the stable of a good friend who said she and her horses will guard it well.

THE COOKIE has been extremely happy with all that has been happening. The sheer volume of frequent flyer miles has been "astronomical", literally. But the journey continues. The cookie found itself in a basket and included in the grape harvest. The harvest and the cookie are headed to the Ocean Spray West processing center in Henderson Nevada. Will this be the end of our intrepid cookie, squeezed to a pulp and bottled? Stay tuned for the answer.

Golly, just as I was getting ready to set off for my daily walk in the park, along came sueperkins who created a mirror image of THE COOKIE and tricked me. Well, not one to readily admit defeat, off I trotted and snagged THE COOKIE just in time...no cranberry/cookie juice for THE COOKIE. It's now safely with my good friend in the serene hills of North Carolina where she and her horses are guarding the real, one and only COOKIE!

When the horses were grazing down came the black birds and picked p the cookie and put it on a cloud away from the human touch. That's what they said.

The blackbirds forgot that clouds can't hold up a cookie! The cookie tumbles down through the cloud, landing....where?

To avoid any further disappearances, we put a tracker on THE COOKIE before leaving it at the stables, and located and safely carried THE COOKIE off to an undisclosed castle in Ireland where it's being guarded by faithful fairies.

    Shimmer Count Count

Oh dear, the fairies do NOT like this newfangled technology which interferes with their magic. They remove the tracker from the cookie and throw it in the nearest lake. They use magic to shrink the size of the cookie until it's tiny enough to hide in a bluebell flower.

Little did the fairies know that when it rained on the bluebell flower, THE COOKIE returned to normal size. The Mad Hatter, who is hosting a tea party decided THE COOKIE would be the perfect addition. He picked it up and placed it on a plate. The special china plate was left on the very top of a shelf somewhere in Wonderland, and Alice is keeping an eye on it :)
