Each Game needs 1 Detective Tools to start.

There are 7 different scenes that will alternate: Archive, Dinner, Greenhouse, Lenny's Lab, Temple, Viking and the new Camping Site.

Requirements:

CR+ Givers: 41 games = 41-1 = 40 games = 19000 x Powder Puff Plants + 1360 x Soot

Left side completed: 62 games = 62-1 = 61 games = 28975 x Powder Puff Plants + 2074 x Soot

Right Side (Point Rewards) = If we play find as many of the 60 items as possible in 90 seconds:

Min. 123 games = 123-1 =122 games = 57950 x Powder Puff Plants + 4148 x Soot

Thank you peony for the numbers! I'm not a big fan of this event for the sake of having to either memorize all 7 background or having to play all the mini games in one shot to use the same three rooms to do things faster.

Yet again a strange cloud row cooldown time of 35h. With normal playing (morning and evening), this will mean for me harvesting that cloud row twice over a period of three days. That 1 Farm Coin is a neat little prize tho.

The 19000 powder puffs over the two main fields is something "easy" to do with a more or less regular farming. Not excited about all this, but I'm in.

Thank you peony for starting the thread and for finding the scenes and posting them! I am in up to the CR at least. I like the CR and really like a Suzys Super grow and a Farm Coin. I almost never pay attention to the cool down time! Good luck everyone, I hope we all reach our goals!

 

@peony Thank you for starting the thread and for providing locations of the items in the scenes! (Especially for Lenny's Lab, I always have a hard time with that one.)

First off - thank you, Peony, for starting the strategy thread and crunching the numbers.

Now to the nitty gritty...I'm doing this event on PM23's and SL's farms ONLY. I don't have time to play the mini-games on a whole bunch of farms. I may not have time to play it on those two farms! I actually like HOG - but the pressure to find all 30 items in 90 seconds...probably not going to happen on either farm. I'm mostly in for the season tokens and season points and the CR.

Some of what I want to say, I think I'm going to save for the "review" thread...so check there if you want to know what I really think about this particular iteration of this event.

 

First of all, thank you, peony, for the calc and the locations!

I do the same, Nordais: wait for the easiest scenario(s) and do all the games at once.

This edition, as said before, the prizes are... less enticing , so i'll do it only for the CR.

Good luck and speed for all those participating and good farming for the others.

Edit: On the 30th, Friday (before dawn ) we have the last part of the feathered cat, so we have to prepare Baha for receiving excavation tools (drops).

 

Northy, I know it's a huge ask, but is it possible for one of your charts with drop/milling info. I'm an old lady who relies heavily on visual aides, as my memory ain't what it used to be. Don't ask me to write it on paper as I tend to lose my notes!

Or, alternatively, could Peony kindly please edit her post to include the charts I've come to know and love?

Wow, there may not be a lot of us...but we are a very caring community. Big (((hugs))) to peony and northy for all you do to help us and nala777 for the posts that you bring! Good luck everyone and much thanks to all who post here!

 

There is four Piccolo boxes as reward and a lot of small rewards. And sticker glue to try new Sticker Series.

 

There's -Paaryna11 -- Twisting my arm...trying to get me to do this on all 3 farms. I dunno. RL is still crazy for me. It's not growing the crops/getting the drops - it's finding time to play off the mini-games.

 

I know some players prefer to play all the mini games at once to take advantage of only having to deliver to 3 scenes, thereby maximizing their points with more successful mini games.

I, however, cannot do that. Even after only a few games, my eyes feel funny and I need a break. I choose to do the Find 60 items in 90 seconds as I get the most points that way, but I need frequent breaks for my eyes and my hands as that is a lot of clicking.

I've played the first free game and found 36/60 from relying on memory from previous events. I will take the time to study the scenes before I do any more games.

I wouldn't be surprised if after a few minutes you say; Edit: Finished!

 

I swore I was going to skip the next two events to restock on SG, but I can't resist Inspector Mouseau. I really enjoy this event, especially once I learned to print the cheat sheets and study them before playing. I'm going to aim for the CR and hope for the best!

 

Oh the green goo and propellers are going fast on this farm. I've opened all the crates that dole them out. Crossing fingers for a sale soon.

My strategy is to grow the crops today and tomorrow, put in long-timed crops tomorrow evening, harvest those late Saturday (after RL farmer's market), then see where I'm at with crops and drops Sunday morning and start playing off the mini-games.
