Acai Trees

Regarding this: Feels silly and redundant to start a new thread but if that's what you want ...........

I have had the same problem. Acai trees ripened, when harvested put the fruit in the storage, but that disappeared with log out. The thing sorted itself when I found out I had LXX upgrades in my storage. Put them on, now Acais work as expected. So I assume normal trees still don't work. Is that a global issue? Can't remember how many reported that. Btw before I did try demolish and replant - did not help.

Well that's my comment towards the above linked thread. You may take it to the coders if you want to. No other help with that needed, just tell me if it is only the two of us having this issue or if it is global problem with Acai.

EDIT: Seeing your advice to check in browser - I play in browser and the behavior is exactly the same - has always been since the very beginning. I just did not bother to report it until now. Thought the thing would get fixed quick when others reported it, and was not on my priority list anyway.

We have passed this issue onto the Game Team for further investigation. I am glad that for you, putting the upgrades on the trees worked. It is known that many trees have the spinning sunflower, but with most cases, the fruit is harvested correctly.

I just wanted to let you know that my Acai trees just became visible on my farm, with the event restart, after nearly 6 weeks. Hopefully this means they have fixed the harvesting issue.
