big problem

    I haven't played for 27 hours. it just says 100% but won't turn on. downloaded the client, used other search engines, but the result is the same. How long will this torture take?

    Hello ..hanzade.. :)

    As announced here, a solution to the white page issue in the Standalone client is to uninstall previous versions and install today's client.

    Have you also tried to use the WebGL client using a browser?

    Please be patient during this Technical Test as the Game Team is working hard to make it so we can all keep playing for years to come.

    I did what you said but the result is still the same. There is no game for me until this test is over. If I knew this would happen, I wouldn't have started the activity at all.

    I'm sorry you continue to have problems and I understand how frustrating it is. If you would kind list all the steps you've taken, so we can eliminate those and then brainstorm to help you log in. We can help you figure it out but we will need more information.

    To confirm: you have uninstalled and then reinstalled the Standalone client?

    Which browser have you tried? Other players are reporting better results when they change browsers. When you try to log in, be sure you have closed all other programs and apps in order to maximize performance. What type of computer are you using?

    What happens for you? A blank white page? Spinning sunflowers? Are you able to enter your log in credentials but then get stuck?

    If you would, please post your experience in the Feedback thread so we can forward the issue to the Team.

    Thanks to the flash player, I was able to enter the game after 2 days. There will be big problems when we move to the union, I hope a solution will be found as soon as possible. thank you

    I'm glad you were able to get back into the game. We recognize there are some issues with Unity but the Team is working hard to resolve them. We appreciate your continued efforts under the Technical Test. :)
