Border

I am an absolute dinosaur as far as modern technology is concerned. The beautiful border around the farm went to the limbo of the lost. See the desktop? and icons?. Hope the terminology is correct. How can the border be recovered? Thank you.

 

I have this on a regular basis when using Google Chrome on my laptop, it stops loading the frame at some point.....Maybe it helps to sign out and signing back in or a refresh of the browser (F5) might do the trick....
In the technical FAQ there are instructions how to get rid off some of the hiccups....

Read all the technical stuff, cleaned and refreshed, I'll try F5. Google is the only browser I can use on the Skeleton Coast of Namibia.

Could you please be so kind and describe a bit more the problem you are experiencing? I am afraid I didn't really understand the problem you are experiencing . ​

 

The Border around the actual game consisting of the lovely graphics of the animals just disappeared. I would love to retrieve it and not the blue desktop and icons. I hope somebody can help me. I am playing on a PC and experiencing what Michael - see above - occasionally troubles with on his laptop. Thank you. If it would help you my ID: 19295018.

I am afraid you just need to maximize your window if you are able to play the game but see the desktop icons as well. You can do so by clicking on this icon in the top right corner : ​

I am so so sorry but I am still not sure what happens on your device, ortrud_oc Maximizing the window should not affect the reload option either. Could you please be so kind and try to take a screenshot of what exactly is displayed? The instructions can be found in this guide.

 

Thank you for all the help. I am fine, I can live with it. Perhaps it will cure itself - like so many glitches. As long as I can play the game I am happy. Have a lovely day.

 

Hope it resolves itself soon, as you say you can still play the game that is the most important thing.
