Cannot send gift to mentor

    I keep trying to send my mentor the gift of Little box of points,every time i click select button for it it has a pop up that says are you sure you want to send this,i click the ok button but the button never goes grey,but i can send one of the other gifts for the mentors without problems,is there something wrong with that paticular gift?Please help,i really want to send my mentor the best gift.

    Hello heidiho1995,

    Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies and also clearing the Flash cache? Also can you try a different browser to see if that helps. If not please post your user ID# so we can check your farm.

    yes i have cleared everything and opened a new browser but nothing helps,I.D # 53201352 nevermind i just went back on a couple of hours later and its working again,you can close the thread
