can't get into the game, stuck on 99%

    I've been trying for 4 hours trying to get into the game and it goes to 99% and stops. That's as far as it will go. I have holiday crops to harvest (before they all turn to weeds) and the stocking to get before I miss that opportunity. Anyone else having this problem? Help!!

    I have refreshed it over and over again AND I've restarted the computer a few times as well. Nothing is working!
